A Range of values is defined using a hyphen (-), such as ‘4/11/2025-4/20/2025’ for dates or ‘1110-1150’ for segments.

And what syntax is used to define an exclusion?

    • Support January 18, 2020 at 12:02 pm

An Exclusion is defined by prefixing the value or range with a tilde (~), for example, ‘~4/14/2025’ or ‘~1110-1120’.

If I manually type multiple non-range values into the Excel cell, how must they be separated?

    • Support January 19, 2020 at 8:04 pm

Multiple values entered directly into the cell should be separated by semicolons (;).

Can I mix inclusions and exclusions in a single cell?

Yes, you can mix formats, for example: ‘1110-1150;1210;~1111;~1120-1130’.
