Upgrading to 12.2? –  How to use Enterprise Command Center Data WITHOUT a separate ECC Server

The Oracle Enterprise Command Centers (ECC) analytics package is an outstanding collection of tools that allows users to access a high-level view of their responsibilities with the ability to drill down into the underlying details.  The focus is allowing users to quickly identify and act on their most important business challenges.

ECC has two major requirements – you must be using Oracle version 12.2.4 or higher and ECC requires a separate dedicated server.
