Oracle ECC & Blitz Report

If you aren’t familiar with Oracle’s Enterprise Command Center framework (ECC) for Oracle EBS, this webinar will be a great introduction.  It’s a suite of dashboard and data navigation tools, specifically designed for EBS that help teams and users quickly identify the day’s most important business challenges and then focus on the details need to get results.

This year, Oracle released ECC v5 growing the suite to include 28 command centers, featuring 98 dashboards and covering the Oracle E-Business suite of applications.  In addition, there are over 220 Oracle ECC reports – many of them aimed at reducing month-end close complexities and covering the core process areas such as Service Contracts, Leasing, Projects, Order Management, Inventory, OPM, Costing, Sub Ledger details, Payables, Receivables, iProc, and Supply Chain to name a few.

Transaction reporting in ECC has a few drawbacks;

• The ECC database is a sync of the data in EBS, so it can be out of date
• The ECC transaction reporting only offers export to CSV and the number of rows is limited.

The good news is that Blitz Report can help.
