What is an AI skill?
A skill is a folder of instructions (a SKILL.md file, sometimes with scripts and references) that teaches an AI
assistant how to do one job well: which Blitz Reports to run, how to read the results, which checks to make and what to produce.
The assistant loads it when your request matches.
Do I need Blitz Report?
Yes. The development skills work against an Oracle EBS development instance with Blitz Report installed; the Excel skills use the Blitz Report Excel add-in to run reports and uploads against your EBS data.
Can the skills change data in Oracle EBS?
Most skills only read and analyse. Skills marked Updates EBS can stage or load data through Blitz Uploads, and only after you explicitly confirm. Development skills should never be pointed at production.
How do I get updates?
