About the event
POUG is the principal independent gathering of the Oracle technical community in Central Europe, returning to Kraków after nine years. The 2026 programme runs three standard tracks plus an additional specialist stream, covering database internals, performance engineering, SQL and PL/SQL development, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Sessions are delivered by Oracle ACEs and regional practitioners, and the conference is deliberately structured to keep audiences small enough for direct technical discussion. The event is intended for database administrators, developers and solution architects working with the Oracle stack.
