Our Oracle Discoverer environment relies on an external WebLogic Server (WLS) instance, which represents ongoing cost, patching complexity, and infrastructure maintenance burden . As we finalize our Oracle Discoverer replacement, our primary financial driver is the ability to decommission this dedicated WLS server entirely. Does a solution like Blitz Report operate solely within the core EBS application and database tiers, allowing us to safely shut down the external WLS infrastructure?
