SOA Authorization Failure Post-Upgrade

Following a recent upgrade and webservice redeployment, we are now seeing ISGServiceFault FND_SOA_AUTHORIZATION_FAILURE. What should we attempt before escalating?

      This is a common transient issue after redeployment. First, use the Functional Administrator responsibility to clear the cache.

      If cache clearing doesn’t resolve the authorization error?

      If the cache clearing fails, you will need to reboot the relevant containers: OC4J containers for R12.1.3 or Weblogic servers for EBS 12.2.
