Reviewing and Mass Uploading Blitz Report Access

We need a comprehensive list detailing which EBS users can access which Blitz Reports, based on their assigned responsibilities, for compliance auditing.

      You should use the Blitz Report Assignments and Responsibilities report. This report lists all responsibilities, users, and the Blitz Reports they can access, presuming their ‘Blitz Report Access’ profile option is set to ‘User’.

      We are creating several new custom responsibilities and need to copy existing Enginatics application level assignments to our new custom application. How can I perform this mass update efficiently?

      Use the Blitz Report Assignment Upload report. This upload utility supports creating, deleting, or copying assignments. You can query existing Enginatics application level assignments, replace the application names in the Excel file with your custom applications, and then upload the file (Action column will show ‘Update’, but it creates new records in this copy scenario).

      If I only want a simple list of the assignments without the user/responsibility breakdown, what report should I run?

      The Blitz Report Assignments report provides a basic list of the assignments.
