Recovering Accidentally Deleted Blitz Reports

A critical Blitz Report was accidentally deleted from our environment. How can I review the history of deleted reports to find the details needed for potential recovery?

Run the Blitz Report Deletion History report. This report shows deleted Blitz Reports and can be used to recover accidentally deleted reports.

If this history grows too large, how can we purge the deleted report records?

The history of deleted reports can be purged completely by running the concurrent program ‘Blitz Report Monitor’ with the parameter ‘Purge delete reports SQL history’ set to ‘Yes’.

If I need to track the general execution history of all reports, not just deleted ones, where should I look?

For overall execution history, you can use the Blitz Report History report or the Blitz Report Execution Summary report for count and performance summary.
