Receiving Transactions Stuck without Accounting

We have transactions that seem stuck—PO receipts into receiving, and some returns from inventory—that are missing receiving accounting entries. Which tool can help me identify these records quickly by date range?

      Use the CAC Missing Receiving Accounting Transactions report. This report is designed to find receiving transactions where the corresponding accounting entries do not exist, based on a specified transaction date range.

      How can I ensure I capture all missing entries, even those with very small transaction amounts that might be overlooked?

      When running the report, set the ‘Minimum Transaction Amount’ parameter to zero (0). This ensures you capture all transactions missing receiving accounting entries, regardless of how small the transaction amounts are.

      For missing purchase order deliveries into inventory or work in process, you would need to use other reports such as the ‘CAC Missing Material Transactions’ or ‘CAC Missing WIP Transactions’ reports. This is explicitly noted in the description of the Missing Receiving Accounting report.
