If a Time Limit is configured on the report setup, and another is specified in the run window options, which value takes precedence?

The Run window options time limit always takes the highest precedence. This is the value that the ‘Blitz Report Monitor’ concurrent program uses to determine when to automatically terminate a report.

And what is the full order of precedence if limits are set across all levels?

The full order, from highest to lowest precedence, is: 1) Run window options time limit; 2) Profile option on user level; 3) Time limit on report level; 4) Profile option on responsibility level; and 5) Profile option on site level.

So setting a limit at the report level (setup window) is overridden by the user’s profile option?

Yes, the profile option set at the user level overrides the Time Limit set specifically on the report level.
