Our Order Management team struggles when trying to export large volumes of data from various transaction forms, as the standard export function often results in frustrating waits or form crashes, blocking further activity. We realize we need to integrate a faster reporting solution directly into the forms. Can you guide us on using Forms Personalization to add the Blitz Report function seamlessly into our Order Management forms to significantly Optimize Order Management form exports?

      Integrating Blitz Report directly into Oracle forms is the recommended strategy to bypass slow standard exports and eliminate the ‘hour-glass wait’ during volume data extraction. This process uses standard Forms Personalization to create a new menu option that calls the Blitz Report executable.

      You need to define two sequences: first, setting up a Special Menu (e.g., SPECIAL40) visible under the ‘Actions’ toolbar function. Second, define the actual action, setting the Type to ‘Bulletin’ and the Function Code to `XXEN_REPORTS`, which is the Blitz Report function.
