Oracle Text Error during Index Creation (DRG-11446)

Our installation failed during the index creation step with ORA-29855 and DRG-11446: supplied knowledge base file /…/droldUS.dat not installed. What steps are required to deploy these missing files?

      This indicates that the Oracle Text Knowledge Base files necessary for linguistic initialization are missing from your database home. You should follow Oracle note 557239.1 to install them.

      Is there a manual way to deploy just the files if we have the patch zip, like p13390677, without running the full patch utility?

      Yes. If you have the patch zip, you can unzip it, navigate to the `ctx/data/enlx` directory within the patch contents, and copy all files (like droldUS.dat) to `$ORACLE_HOME/ctx/data/enlx` on all database nodes.

      And once the files are in place, do I just continue the install, or restart it?

      Because the domain index was marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE, you must rerun the Blitz Report installation script (`install.sh`) again to correct the indexes and reload the report templates properly.
