Managing Multiple Responsibilities and Ledgers in Blitz FSG

The list displays all responsibilities you have access to in Oracle, including those with Account Inquiry functionality. The system defaults to the responsibility from which the report was initially run.

If you select Multiple Responsibilities, the Ledger dropdown dynamically lists all ledgers associated with all the responsibilities you have chosen. If you select only one responsibility, it shows only the ledgers assigned to that one.

In an Oracle R12 environment, if the selected responsibility’s data access set contains multiple ledgers, all of those ledgers will automatically appear in the Ledger dropdown.

Yes, after making your selection and clicking ‘OK’, your choices will be saved and automatically set as the default for future use.
