If a user has the ‘Developer’ access profile, but the ‘Blitz Report Template Access’ profile is set to ‘No Access’ at the user level, what rights prevail?

Template modification rights are controlled by the ‘Blitz Report Template Access’ profile. If set to ‘No Access’, the user can view and use, but not create templates.

What is the highest level of template access a user can receive?

The highest level is ‘Super User’, which allows the user to modify templates owned by others.

If a user has ‘Private only’ access, can they edit a template they created, even if it was marked as shared?

‘Private only’ users can only create private templates, restricting their ability to create shared templates.

Does the template access level affect whether the user can see all templates?

Template visibility is controlled by the ‘Blitz Report Show All Templates’ profile, which is separate from creation/modification rights.
