Good morning,

We are encountering an issue after patching customer environments with

Blitz Reporting. When the user runs a report they get the following:

+—————————————————————————+

Enginatics Custom Application: Version : 12.2

Copyright (c) 1998, 2013, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.

XXEN_REPORT: Blitz Report

+—————————————————————————+

Current system time is 28-FEB-2024 10:16:16

+—————————————————————————+

———————————————————————

Error: Blitz Report customizations are missing in FND_WEBFILE or

FND_WEBFILEPUB package body.

Please download and apply the latest Blitz Report update:

https://www.enginatics.com/download

Downloading the latest update resolves the issue however we are keen

to understand why we get this issue please?

We have recently got it after applying the UK TYE patch, which I wouldn’t have thought would have any major changes affecting Blitz.

We have previously got it, at the same customer, when applying the below patches:

This issue happens when a patch overwrites our customizations in FND_WEBFILE or FND_WEBFILEPUB.

If a customer is reluctant to upgrade Blitz in most cases it may be enough to rerun install.sh from the already downloaded older Blitz installation pack.

However sometimes new versions of the packages are included in the patches, so we add them to the latest Blitz releases.

So when you analyze the patch impact, you may want to check if the patch delivers AFCPFILB.pls and AFCPWFPB.pls.

      Thank you,

      Alex
