If I only want to refresh cells that show ‘(pending)’ status, which refresh option should I choose?

      To refresh only cells requiring recalculation, which are marked as ‘(pending)’, you should click the ‘Pending’ refresh button.

      Yes, you can hold Ctrl while selecting multiple ranges and then click the ‘Range’ refresh button to calculate only the selected cells.

      What about updating just one specific worksheet?

      To calculate the functions on an entire sheet, you simply click the ‘Sheet’ refresh button while that sheet is selected.
