Granting Full Access to VPD-Secured Data

We have secured sensitive HR data using Blitz Report VPD policies. Which profile option controls whether a privileged user can bypass these restrictions and access the secured data?

      You use the profile option ‘Blitz Report VPD Policy Rule’. This allows setting up access to sensitive data protected through Blitz Report VPD policies.
