Users trying to access the Blitz Report form get ‘Function not available to this responsibility’. The menu entry looks correct. Could this be related to the application server setup?

      Yes, this can happen if the environment context for the custom top holding the Blitz Report form is not set up correctly, or if the application tier was not restarted after running `autoconfig`. You should verify that the `$XXEN_TOP` environment variable is set correctly by navigating to Help > Diagnostics > Examine and checking Block: `$ENVIRONMENT$`, Field: `XXEN_TOP`.
