We need a comprehensive report detailing all EBS Responsibilities currently defined in our system for a security review.

      Use the FND Responsibilities report.

      We also need to audit user assignments to these responsibilities, including those that are inactive or end-dated, as this is similar to the standard ‘Active Users’ report.

      Run the FND User Responsibilities report. This report is similar to the ‘Active Users’ report and shows inactive/end-dated user responsibilities, whereas the FND Access Control reports typically only show currently active assignments.

      Finally, we need to audit the content of our Request Groups—which concurrent programs, request sets, or applications are assigned to each group?

      The FND Request Groups report shows the FND request groups and their assigned units, such as concurrent programs, request sets, or applications.
