We set time limits at the report, responsibility, and user levels. What is the precise order of precedence that determines the maximum execution time for a report?

The order of precedence for the Time Limit is strictly defined. The highest precedence is the Run window options time limit (1).

If the Run window option is left blank, what takes effect next?

If the run window option is not set, the next level is the Profile option on user level (2).

What is the final fallback for the time limit?

The lowest precedence applies last, which is the Profile option on site level (5). Time limits are essential to avoid excessive server load from reports with insufficient parameter restrictions.

Which concurrent program enforces these time limits?

The Blitz Report Monitor concurrent program automatically cancels reports that exceed the set time limit.
