Detailed General Ledger Distribution Reporting

We need a GL report that breaks down transactions by individual distribution line, including all segments, the associated subledger data, and specifically, VAT tax codes and rates for AR and AP transactions.

      The GL Account Analysis (Distributions) report is the most appropriate. It provides a detailed GL transaction report with one line per distribution, including all segments and subledger data, along with VAT tax codes and rates for AR and AP transactions.

      This report sounds useful for debugging subledger links. If I want to look up documentation explaining which source IDs are populated for different subledger tables, is there a report to assist developers with that structure?

      Yes, developers can use the XLA Distribution Links Summary report. It provides a summary of subledger distribution links to help understand which source IDs are populated for which subledger table sources, referencing relevant MOS documents.

      The output includes amounts in both transaction currency and ledger currency. Is this standard across both the GL Account Analysis reports?
