When converting an Oracle FSG Column Set, how are the defined period offsets represented in the Blitz FSG template?

      The Offset definition from the Column Set maps to Row 12 (Periods) in the Excel template. This row handles the calculation of periods for the column.

      If an Offset is defined in the Column Set, the formula `br_period_offset` is used in accordance with that defined offset.
