To utilize the ‘Blitz Report Target Database’ profile, what is the exact format required for the profile value?

      The value must be a TNS descriptor. You must specify a TNS descriptor defined in `$TNS_ADMIN/tnsnames.ora` on the application server.

      For running reports on a standby database, the `xxen_adg` database link needs to be created in the primary database APPS schema, pointing to the standby pluggable database.
