Concurrent Request Failure: Missing Data Group Entry

We receive APP-FND-00222: Encountered an error while getting the ORACLE user account for your concurrent request when trying to run a report. What does this indicate about our setup?

      This error points to a missing configuration step: there is a missing Data Group entry for the Blitz Report custom application (Enginatics Custom Application) in the responsibility you are running the report from.

      Where exactly must this Data Group entry be configured?

      You need to navigate to System Administrator > Security > ORACLE > DataGroup. Query the data group used by the responsibility and add an entry for the Enginatics Custom Application, linking it to the appropriate Oracle ID (typically APPS). This step ensures the concurrent program can determine the correct Oracle schema context.
