AR Customers and Sites report

Hi Support,

Can you please review the report below. The Operating Unit LOV shows Customer Name instead the Operating Units.

Our expectation is that it will show all the OU and It can extract all OU in one report. Thank you in advance

      Hi,

      Can you please download and import the latest version of the report from the Enginaticss Library (AR Customers and Sites). I have checked this and the parameters are correct.

      Hi Eric,

      I downloaded the XML file and I got the same result.  The LOV sql query looks correct but I don’t understand why it is redirecting to customer name..

      Hi,

      There is only one value for the Operating Unit in your current responsibility, so that the LOV would not open and the cursor navigates to the next record, which is the customer name, and then incorrectly shows that LOV instead.
      I could just reproduce this in our environments as follows:
      1. Try to open the LOV of the Operating Unit if there is only one value in the LOV: Nothing happens as expected
      2. Try to open the LOV again: Now the LOV of the next parameter (Customer Name in this case) incorrectly opens.

      We will see how we can prevent this from happening and let you know when we have a fix.
