When running a report, I encounter APP-FND-00222: Encountered an error while getting the ORACLE user account for your concurrent request.

      This error occurs because there is a missing Data Group entry linking the custom Blitz Report application (Enginatics Custom Application / XXEN) to the responsibility you are using.

      You must navigate to System Administrator > Security > ORACLE > DataGroup. Find the data group used by your responsibility (often ‘Standard’) and add an entry for the Enginatics Custom Application, ensuring it is linked to the Oracle ID APPS.

      This seems similar to registering the Oracle user XXEN. Is that also necessary?

      Yes, for manual custom application setup, you must ensure both steps are completed: registering the database user (XXEN) and linking the application to the correct Data Group for the responsibility.
