AP Reconciliation and Definition Audits

We need to audit the definitions used for our Accounts Payable Trial Balance reports. Is there a report that lists these definitions?

      We also need the equivalent of the Oracle standard ‘Payables Posted Payment Register’ report, preferably with options to summarize by GL account and bank account.

      The AP Posted Payment Register report provides this equivalent functionality. It offers pivot templates like ‘Summary by Account’ and ‘Summary by Account, Bank Account, Batch, Payment Currency, Payment Document’.

      We plan to schedule the Posted Payment Register report monthly. How can we ensure it automatically uses the correct period without manual intervention?

      For scheduling this report periodically, use the relative period from/to offset parameters. When the current period changes, these offsets automatically update the included periods when the report re-runs.
