oracle_lov_query
function oracle_lov_query(p_flex_value_set_id in number, p_nosort in varchar2 default null) return clob
Returns a Blitz Report LOV query (columns id, value, description) for an Oracle value set of validation type independent, dependent, table, special or pair; null for other types. A table value set uses its table and where clause with :$PROFILES$ references resolved; other binds such as :$FLEX$ stay in the query. A dependent value set lists the values of all parent values. p_nosort Y omits the order by clause.
mo_global_init
procedure mo_global_init(p_report_id in pls_integer default null, p_run_id in number default null, p_operating_unit in varchar2 default null)
Initializes the session the way the engine does before it runs a report: multi-org access (for a report converted from a single-org concurrent program the operating unit p_operating_unit, else the run's operating unit parameter), the organization access table xxen_report_org_access and GL security. Call it after fnd_global.apps_initialize or apps_initialize. Outside a concurrent request it also sets nls_date_format to the user's date-time mask.

procedure apps_initialize(p_user_name in varchar2, p_responsibility_key in varchar2, p_application_short_name in varchar2)
Calls fnd_global.apps_initialize for a user name, a responsibility key and the responsibility's application short name. Does nothing when the combination does not exist, so check fnd_global.user_id afterwards.
