Generating a Detailed Backorder Report and Order Line Analysis with Blitz Report

Our customer service team is constantly hindered by the lack of detail in our standard Order Management (OM) reports when assessing the true backlog. We urgently need a comprehensive Backorder Report that provides granular detail on *all* booked order lines currently waiting for inventory allocation across multiple organizations, going far beyond the simplistic summaries available today. The goal is to provide immediate, actionable visibility into pending lines so CSRs can proactively manage customer expectations and prioritize stock allocation based on specific delivery metrics, improving our overall Order Management Reporting efficiency.
