How to add Blitz Report™ to your favorite form

We want to embed quick reporting functionality directly within our users’ most frequently visited Oracle EBS forms to avoid navigating away from the core transactional screens. What is the process for adding Blitz Report functionality directly to a ‘favorite form’?
