For each selected batch included in the report, the report details the lot cost details for that batch and for all child production batches consumed by that batch.
The quantities shown in the child batches are the actual quantities for that batch and it’s ingredients. This report does not apportion the child batch quantities based on the actual quantity consumed… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only | |
| OPM Batch Lot Cost Trends | OPM Batch Lot Costing Trends Report
This report shows the Batch Lot Costs for the specified Organization and Product over a specified date range.
The report shows the Lot Cost for the batch product and explodes the batch to display all the lowest level ingredient lot costs involved in producing the batch.
Where an ingredient is sourced from another (child) batch, the (child) batch ingredient quantities are apportioned based on the actual usage of the ingredient in the batch consuming that ingredient.
By default, intermediate ingredients are not displayed in the report, so as not to… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only | |

| BOM Standard Operations Upload | Report: BOM Standard Operations Upload
This upload can be used to create and/or update BOM Standard Operations.
Standard operations are reusable operation templates that routings can reference. The upload covers:
- Standard operation header (code, type, line, department, attributes, EAM and OSFM extensions)
- Primary resource assignments to the standard operation
- Substitute (alternate) resource assignments
- Descriptive flexfield attributes on the header and primary resources
Each Excel row represents one resource of a standard operation. Header columns repeat across resource rows of the… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| EAM Asset Activity Association Upload | EAM Asset Activity Association Upload
=====================================
- Create new associations between an Activity item and an Asset Group, specific Asset Number (serial instance), or Rebuildable item.
- Update existing association attributes (dates, priority, owning department, WIP class, DFF, etc.).
- Deletion is not supported by the public API in v1.
Prerequisites
=============
- The Activity item (eam_item_type=2) must already exist in the maintenance organization. Use the INV Item Upload to create Activity items.
- For Asset Group associations, the Asset Group (eam_item_type=1)… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| EAM Asset Number Upload | Create and update Oracle Enterprise Asset Management asset numbers (maintenance assets). Parent Asset Number places the asset in the asset hierarchy; clearing it on an existing asset removes the parent. Parent Asset Serial Number and Parent Asset Id follow the parent asset number and are read only.
An existing asset is identified by its Asset Id, so its Asset Number can be changed. Current Location Address lists the addresses of the TCA locations, as the Update Asset page does; an address that exists more than once carries the location id in brackets. | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| EAM Failure Codes Upload | Create, update, and delete EAM failure codes, cause codes, and resolution codes.
Upload Mode
===========
Create
------
Opens an empty spreadsheet to define new codes.
Create, Update
--------------
Downloads existing codes for review and modification, and allows adding new rows.
Code Type
=========
Determines which of the three code tables is affected:
- Failure Code (stored in eam_failure_codes)
- Cause Code (stored in eam_cause_codes)
- Resolution Code (stored in eam_resolution_codes)
Codes are global - not scoped to any operating unit.
Fields
======
- Code Type: Required.… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| EAM Failure Sets Upload | EAM Failure Sets Upload
=======================
Creates and updates Oracle EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Failure Sets, along with their Asset-Group Item Associations and Failure/Cause/Resolution Combinations.
One Set Name can own many child rows (Associations and Combinations). A SET row defines the header explicitly. For Create rows, the upload also creates the missing failure set header automatically from the first ASSOCIATION or COMBINATION row for that Set Name.
Row Type
--------
- SET: Creates or updates the failure set header (set_name, description, effective_end_date).
-… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| EAM PM Schedule Upload | EAM Preventive Maintenance Schedule Upload
=========================================
Create or update Oracle EAM Preventive Maintenance schedule definitions, including:
- PM Schedule header (asset or asset group, activity, schedule name, set name, type, rescheduling point, etc.)
- Activity group (for Rule Based schedules: list of activities with interval multiples)
- Scheduling rules: Day Interval, Runtime / Meter, and List Date rules
- Optional Last Service info (per meter)
Row Model
=========
Each spreadsheet row can contain PM header values plus any populated child-object columns.… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |

==================
Create or update Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM / GMD) Formulas via the public API GMD_FORMULA_PUB / GMD_FORMULA_DETAIL_PUB.
Row model
=========
One spreadsheet row per formula LINE. The header columns (Organization Code, Formula, Formula Version, Description, Class, Owner, Header Scale Type, Status, header attributes) repeat on every line of the same formula. Each line carries its Line Type (Ingredient / Product / By-Product) plus its item, quantity, UOM, scale, and line attributes. =========
One spreadsheet row per routing STEP. The header columns (Organization Code, Routing, Routing Version, Description, Class, UOM, dates, owner, header attributes) repeat on every step of the same routing. Each step carries its Step No, Operation (No + Version), Step Quantity, Release Type, and step attributes. Rows of the same routing (Organization Code + Routing + Routing Version) must be contiguous. Every… full description | Manufacturing Enginatics, R12 only, Upload | |
| WIP Material Transaction Upload | Issues components to, and returns components from, WIP work orders.
The download returns one row per component requirement of the selected work orders, with the operation, department, supply subinventory and locator already filled in, and the required, issued and still open quantities shown. Enter a Transaction Type and a Quantity on the rows you want to transact and leave the rest blank.
Quantity is always entered as a positive number; the Transaction Type decides the direction.
Discrete jobs, lot based jobs and maintenance work orders are supported. Repetitive schedules are not.
