What is Blitz Report?
A reporting and data upload solution embedded in Oracle E-Business Suite. Developers maintain SQL for reports and uploads; business users run them and shape the layout in Excel. It replaces Discoverer, BI Publisher, FSG, OBIEE, Web ADI and DataLoad, and comes with a library of pre-built reports and uploads.
Why is it so fast?
Output files are created directly from the database without intermediate formats such as XML, report SQL is built dynamically so database indexes are used well, and the Excel generation is optimized for throughput.
Which EBS versions are supported?
All Oracle E-Business Suite versions from 11i to R12.2, on database 11g Release 2 (11.2) or later.
What does it cost?
