How licensing works
Only active users count
An active user is an EBS user or developer who ran a Blitz Report in the last 60 days. Licenses are assigned automatically on the first report, or manually by profile option. Users who stop running reports for 60 days, or whose EBS user is end-dated, release their license automatically.
One key for all environments
The same license key works on production, development and test, and on additional production systems such as planning or master data servers, when the same users work there. Separate businesses on separate servers need separate licenses.
Flex licenses as a buffer
Eligible customers get 50% additional licenses at no charge until the next renewal, so growth never blocks a user. At renewal, the active user count, rounded up to multiples of 10, becomes the new basis.

How much does Blitz Report cost?
Full production access to an unlimited number of reports costs US$12 per active user and month. Graduated volume prices start from 251 users: US$9, from 1,001 users US$6 and from 2,501 users US$4 for the users in each band.
What happens after the trial?
With a license key, all reports keep running for your licensed active users. Without one, Blitz Report continues in a limited mode with 30 reports and one data upload, so your SQL and setup stay in place while you decide.
How are active users counted?
An active user is an EBS user or developer who ran a Blitz Report in the last 60 days. Licenses are released automatically when users stop running reports for 60 days or their EBS user is deactivated.
Do I need licenses per server?
No, not for the same users: one key covers production, development and test, including additional production systems used by the same users. Different businesses with different users on separate servers need separate licenses.
Which currencies do you list?
Prices are listed in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling and Swiss francs; the estimator shows all four. For anything else, ask in your quote request.
