| FND Flex Values | Report for all flex values and the hierarchies they are included in.
Column 'Hierarchy Position' can be used to validate your account hierarchy setup and check which account segment values are not included in any (or a specific) hierarchy yet.
In EBS R12.2., there is new flexfield value security in place, which would require the UMX|FND_FLEX_VSET_ALL_PRIVS_ROLE role to maintain flexfield values.
If you do not have this role but apps DB access, you can add it from the backend:
begin

| FND Form Functions | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Forms Personalizations | Forms personalizations and actions | System Enginatics | |
| FND Gather Statistics History | History of Oracle EBS statistics gathering (FND_STATS) per schema, table, index or column, with start time, end time and duration.
Gather Schema Statistics and Gather Table Statistics record their runs here. With the default history mode Last Run, each object keeps only its latest gathering. | System Enginatics
| FND Help Documents and Targets | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Histogram Columns | Data from table fnd_histogram_cols, which Oracle uses to identify columns which are expected to have highly skewed data, for example a status column having a large number of closed, but only a small number of open records.
The Gather Schema and Gather Table Statistics concurrent programs use this information to create additional histrogram statistics for these columns.
To add a column to this table, use the following API:
declare
l_table_name varchar2(30):='AP_INVOICES_ALL';
l_column_name varchar2(30):='ORG_ID';
begin
for c in (
select
fpi.application_id

| FND Key Flexfields | Key flexfields table, structure, column and validation information | System Enginatics | |
| FND Languages | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Log Messages | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Lookup Search | Finds the best matching lookup_type for a given set of lookup_codes in a custom application base table.
Example:
Coding a sql for ap suppliers, the value of column vendor_type_lookup_code should get translated to the user visible meaning instead of the code.
The lookup_type used for translation can be found by this report entering table name AP_SUPPLIERS and column name VENDOR_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE.
The output contains a column SQL_TEXT which can be used directly in the sql where clause:
=flv.lookup_code(+) and
flv.lookup_type(+)='VENDOR TYPE' and
flv.view_application_id(+)=201… full description | System Enginatics
| FND Lookup Values | Lookup types and values, for example to find a lookup type for a particular lookup code value or meaning. | System Enginatics | |
| FND Menu Entries | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Messages | System Enginatics | | |
| FND Nodes | FND_NODES stores information about the nodes that are used to
install and run Oracle Application at your site. Each row includes
the name of the node and the platform code. The column name
NODE_NAME is the given name used to refer to the machine or node
at the site. The column PLATFORM_CODE specifies the make of the
machine or node (e.g. DEC VMS, Sequent Ptx, etc.). This
information is used to associate a concurrent manager with a
specific node to support distributed processing. | System Enginatics
| FND OAF Personalizations | Oracle Application Framework (OAF) page personalizations stored in the MDS repository (JDR tables), with the personalization level and the page or region they apply to.
Level Name shows the responsibility, user, operating unit or function, or the stored level value where it is not an id, for example for localization or portlet.
A personalization document can be exported with the JDR_UTILS.printDocument procedure or the XMLExporter utility for migration to another instance. | System Enginatics
| FND Profile Option Values | Profile option values on all setup levels.
Unlike Oracle's SQL script from note 201945.1, this report also shows the user visible profile option value in addition to the internal system profile option value. | System Enginatics
| FND Profile Options | FND profile option definition | System Enginatics | |
| FND Request Groups | FND request groups and their assigned units, such as concurrent programs, request sets or applications | System Enginatics | |
| FND Responsibilities | Active responsibilites with active user count and related setup information such as menus, data access sets, security profiles and associated ledgers and operating units. | System Enginatics | |
| FND Responsibility Access | Responsibilites and related data such as users, concurrent programs, menus, functions, forms, data access set and security profiles and associated ledgers and operating units.
This report basically answers all system access related questions. It shows which users or responsibilities have acess to which functions, forms, concurrent programs, ledgers, operating units or inventory organizations.
Depending on parameter selection, this report shows for example:
- responsibilities and related menus and request groups
- responsibilities, menus, included forms, functions and their full menu… full description | System Enginatics
| FND Responsibility Menu Exclusions | Responsibility menu exclusions | System Enginatics | |
| FND Role Hierarchy | User Management (UMX) role hierarchy to manage role-based access control (RBAC).
When run for a specified role, the report shows all hierarchies that contain or lead to inheriting that role. | System Enginatics
| FND Roles | Report of all User Management (UMX) roles, including number of active users for each role to help managing role-based access control (RBAC) | System Enginatics | |
| FND Rollup Groups | Flex value sets with rollup groups (FND Flex Hierarchies) | System Enginatics | |
| FND SOA Runtime Error | System Enginatics, R12 only | | |
| FND User Login History | Audit history of application user logins.
EBS user logon audit is controlled by profile 'Sign-On:Audit Level'.
The most detailed audit level setting is 'FORM'.
Unfortunately, this audit tracks access to individual forms only, but not to different JSPs (HTML / OAF / ADF Pages).
As a workaround, the report SQL also joins to icx_sessions, which contains a record for each login (in fact, it also stores a record for each access to the login page before login. These records are marked with guest='Y').
The function retrieved from icx_session however, just shows the latest OAF function accessed by… full description | System Enginatics
| FND User Login Page Favorites | User's HTML favourites from table icx_custom_menu_entries | System Enginatics | |
| FND User Preferences | User preferences from table fnd_user_preferences | System Enginatics | |
| FND User Responsibilities | Similar to report FND Responsibility Access, but also shows inactive / end dated user responsibilities while FND Access Control shows currently active assigned responsibilities only.
Same as Oracle's 'Active Users' report. | System Enginatics
| FND User Roles | Report for User Management (UMX) roles and their assigned users to manage role-based access control (RBAC).
User uoles are maintained from the User Management responsibility, but you would require the UMX|SECURITY_ADMIN role for this. If you do not have this role but apps DB access, you can add it from the backend:
begin
wf_local_synch.propagateuserrole(
p_user_name=>'ANDY.HAACK',
p_role_name=>'UMX|SECURITY_ADMIN'
);
commit;
end; | System Enginatics
| FND Users | Listing of all EBS users, their status, responsibility count, and if they were using blitz reports | System Enginatics | |
| XDO Publisher Data Definitions | XML Publisher data definitions or sources, associated concurrent programs, executables and templates.
To include complete template information, enter a template name or wildcard % in the template name parameter field.
This report also includes the source data SQL statement extracted from the publisher data template XML file which is quite useful to quickly access and review the SQL from Oracle standard XML reports and use them as templates for new blitz report creations.
Parameter 'Data Definition Search Text' performs a full text search through the data template file so that you could for… full description | System Enginatics
| DBA ASM Disk Groups | Automatic Storage Management disk groups used by the database, with their redundancy, total and free space.
All sizes are shown in MB.
Usable File Mb is the space available for new files after mirroring. A negative value means that the disk group cannot restore full redundancy after a disk failure.
The report returns no rows when the database does not use ASM. | System Enginatics
| DBA Automated Maintenance Tasks | There are several automated jobs and 'advisors' running by default in an Oracle database that are often not required or should not run in Oracle EBS environments. Their status and history can be queried by the following SQLs:
select dao.* from dba_autotask_operation dao
select dajh.* from dba_autotask_job_history dajh
- Automatic Optimizer Statistics Collection
For EBS, the automated DB statistics collection must be deactivated by setting DB initialization parameter _optimizer_autostats_job=false, and concurrent 'Gather Schema Statistics' scheduled instead, see note KA1002… full description | System Enginatics
| DBA CPU Benchmark1 | Benchmark report to measure a database server's CPU speed, mainly for PLSQL processing.
This report generates an output file of 500000 out of a total of 561495 records from a cartesian product based on EBS standard FND tables. These tables contain the same data for all EBS clients and the report can be used as a benchmark to test the database server's CPU performance.
As the query itself should complete in less than a second, most of the execution time is spend in PLSQL code to generate the Blitz Report output file.
To measure meaningful results, there should be enough SGA memory assigned to… full description | System Enginatics
| FND Attached Documents (Operating Unit Secured) | Attachments of operating unit striped documents: sales orders and lines, purchase orders, lines, shipments and releases, requisitions, AP invoices, AR transactions, projects and delivery details. Each row shows the document the attachment belongs to, its category, title, file name and a clickable download link for file attachments. Short text, long text and URL attachments are shown inline.
The report is secured by operating unit: only documents of the operating units accessible to the running responsibility (profile options MO: Security Profile or MO: Operating Unit) are returned, so it can… full description | System Enginatics, R12 only

- download and update lookup codes against existing Lookup Types.
- add new lookup codes to existing Lookup Types.
- create new Lookup Types and upload the lookup codes against these new Lookup Types.
The upload of FND Lookup Types and Lookup Codes is in the users current language.
Only User and Extensible Lookup Types can be maintained by this upload.
For Extensible Lookup Types, seeded Lookup Codes canot be updated.
For Creating/Updating Lookup Codes only against an existing Lookup Type, use template:
Lookup Codes - Create/Update Lookup Codes only

| FND Menus | Lists all Oracle E-Business Suite menus (FND_MENUS) together with the number of responsibilities that reference each menu.
The Responsibility Count column shows the total number of responsibilities pointing at the menu; Active Responsibility Count excludes end-dated responsibilities.
Use the Assigned To Responsibility parameter to find the menu behind a specific responsibility, or Menus With Responsibilities Only to hide unused menus. Results are ordered by responsibility count so the most widely used menus appear first. | System Enginatics
| FND Profile Option Value Upload | Upload to create, update and delete profile option values on site, application, responsibility, server, operating unit and user level, as in the System Profile Values form. Levels that the profile option definition does not allow to update are not offered.
The Value column shows and accepts the visible value of profile options validated by a list of values, e.g. a responsibility name instead of its id. Its list of values is derived from each profile option's SQL validation. A stored value is accepted as well. A few validations cannot be evaluated outside the profile form, e.g. because they… full description | System Enginatics
| FND Responsibility Upload | Create and update Oracle E-Business Suite responsibilities, and maintain their menu/function exclusions, replicating the System Administrator Responsibilities form (FNDSCRSP).
Each row is one of two entity types, chosen in the Row Type column:
- Responsibility: creates or updates the responsibility definition (Name, Application, Key, Description, Effective Dates, Available From, Data Group, Menu, Request Group, Web Host/Agent Name). Responsibilities are identified by Application + Responsibility Key. A responsibility is created when that combination does not yet exist, otherwise it is… full description | System Enginatics, Upload
| FND Tables and Columns | Registered FND tables, columns, primary keys and their flexfields | System Enginatics | |
| FND User Login Summary | Active application user count per month | System Enginatics | |
